I was told that, with this payment, the production time would be shortened by 7 days, and the shipping route would be altered to reduce delivery time by an additional 7 days, resulting in an expected delivery time of approx 15 days. despite paying for fast shipping, my order was delivered over 70 days after the initial order date—well beyond the promised delivery timeframe. When I reached out for clarification, I was informed that the shipping company was to blame, rather than acknowledging any potential lapses or delays on your company's part.
